Pipeline
Look for leads
Searches public business listings and adds the ones with a phone number to your contacts.
Import contacts
Paste rows from a spreadsheet or CSV. Columns: name, phone, company, notes. A header row is optional.
Payments
Put a * at the end of an outcome to take that contact out of the calling queue, like Not interested*.
Fill-ins you can use: {{name}} {{first}} {{their_company}} {{me}} {{my_company}}
You
Calling
Calls go out through your Twilio number. Contacts you set to call back later stay out of the queue until their time.
Voice and headset
Say the wake word first, then a command. Try:
- "Roger, look up new leads in Atlanta"
- "Roger, start the next call"
- "Roger, skip" or "Roger, pause"
- "Roger, interested" or "Roger, call back tomorrow at 3"
- "Roger, note wants pamphlets for five reps"
- "Roger, open pipeline" or "Roger, how many leads"
While a call is live the microphone belongs to the call, so Roger cannot hear you then. End a call with the big red button or your headset button. Between calls Roger listens again, and in the filing time you can skip the wake word and just say the outcome.
Listening works in Chrome on Android and Chrome on a computer. iPhone Safari is unreliable for this, so use the buttons there.
For a Bluetooth headset, pick it as the microphone in your phone or browser sound settings.

Leads
Used when you say "look up new leads" without a city. Lead search reads public business listings and needs the Google key in Vercel.
Connections
Keys live in Vercel, not in this app.
